Delivery Terms
The safety of our customers who shop on the website is prioritized and payment/invoice information is checked from the moment you place your order on www.alfheimaromatherapy.com .
The purchases you make on www.alfheimaromatherapy.com are delivered to Istanbul within 1-3 business days depending on its physical structure, and to all cities outside Istanbul within 1--5 business days following the order, reflected in your invoice on the fee schedule of the contracted cargo company or companies. Depending on the product/service structure purchased, the delivery time may vary or may not require physical delivery.
Weekend Orders
Orders placed before 12:00 noon on Friday will start to be delivered on Saturday. Depending on the location of the cargo company, it may also extend to Monday. All orders placed after 17.00 on Friday may not arrive before Tuesday, as they will be processed on the next Monday. There is no delivery on Sundays.
Address info
In order for your order to reach you as quickly as possible, please write your address information as clear as possible. You can even write the description information of your address, if any. (Example: When you enter from the post office, the third street etc.)
Incorrect / Missing Orders
Open the package you received with the cargo officer and check your order. If you notice any errors or omissions, please contact us immediately.
How many days is the return period?
In general, you can return the products you purchased within seven 7 days from the delivery date by stating the reason.
What are the return conditions?

Refunds made to credit cards are reflected to the account within 45 days at the latest, and payments made by wire transfer within 1 week at the latest.
How do I return it?

After our customer service department sends you the shipping confirmation regarding the return, please fill in the return form that comes with the package and send the product to us. You will be notified by phone or e-mail confirmation information. In case the products delivered to our company are delivered in accordance with the return conditions, the refund of the product amounts will be processed on the day the product reaches us.
